Welded Pipes Longitudinal / Spiral ERW-SAW
3" to 60" · 80.0 to 1600.0 mm · ERW and SAW
Longitudinal and spiral welded pipe from 3" to 60" — 80.0 mm to 1600.0 mm — produced by ERW and submerged arc welding. Grades cover API 5L Gr.B and X42 to X70, the EN structural and boiler grades S235JR, S275J2H, S355J2H, S355JOH, P235GH, P265GH, P355N and P420N, the line pipe grades L245NB and L290NB, and DIN ST37.8 and ST35.8. Walls from 1.5 mm to 60.0 mm, ends bevelled or plain, in SRL and DRL from 6 to 18 m. Weld seams are ultrasonically tested and hydrotested to the grade requirement.
Spiral SAW covers the large-bore water, slurry and structural sizes.
Same wall and tolerance as seamless for utility, air and general service.
Ultrasonic weld inspection and hydrotest to the grade requirement.
Long lengths reduce the number of field joints on a transmission run.
