Welding Neck Flange
1/2" to 68" · 150 LBS to 2500 LBS / PN10 to PN400 · RF, FF, RTJ
The welding neck flange carries a tapered hub that matches the pipe bore, so the joint sees no abrupt change of section — the reason it is specified for cyclic, high pressure and high temperature service. Supplied from 1/2" to 68" in 150 LBS to 2500 LBS and PN10 to PN400, with raised face, full face or ring type joint. Carbon steel is ASTM A105 or A350 LF2, self coloured or hot dip galvanised; stainless, alloy, duplex and nickel grades follow ASTM A182.
Specify the pipe schedule and the bore is machined to suit it.

Ring type joint from 600 LBS upward for the high pressure classes.
A105 self coloured or hot dip galvanised to EN ISO 1461.
